Your thoughts shape your life
Grandma used to say: "You are what you eat."
And that certainly is true.
But think about this one:
"You are what you THINK."
 
When you change your thoughts, you also change the way you feel. Stop thinking the thoughts that are getting you into trouble and start thinking thoughts that will get you where you want to go.
 
We cannot control all the circumstances in our lives. But we can control how we respond to them…what matters in life is not so much what happens to us but what happens in us.
 
Psychologists say that gratitude is the healthiest emotion. Hans Seyle, the father of stress studies, claimed that gratitude produces more emotional energy than any other attitude.
 
Haven’t you found it to be true that the people who are the most grateful are the happiest people you know?
 
I challenge you to look for ways to express gratitude this week and see what a difference it makes.
